Proof of Concept

Proof of Concept

Initial idea validation – its minimal implementation.

How do we do it?

A PoC is designed to determine whether a particular concept (e.g. technological, business) has a realistic chance of success before committing significant resources to a full project. A prototype or a highly simplified version of the product/service is developed to verify selected key functionalities. This approach helps identify potential technical, organizational, or business issues early on, allowing for appropriate preparation to address them.

A clear goal will be defined to ensure alignment with the desired outcome, and the scope of work along with key functionalities to be tested will be discussed. Based on this, an action plan will be created.

What’s next?

  • Appropriate equipment will be selected, tailored to the project’s specifics.
  • A quick prototype will be built to verify the concept (using development kits from manufacturers or other solutions to expedite the process).
  • Available software, libraries, and demo code will be utilized to focus on testing the concept as quickly as possible.
  • The concept will be tested to identify its limitations.
  • A report will be prepared that analyzes the work performed, discusses alternative solutions, and outlines the advantages and disadvantages of the chosen approach.
  • The next steps will be planned.

What will you get out of it?

Here’s what you’ll get as a result of our work on the PoC:

  • Rapid Concept Validation – You’ll find out whether the chosen technology and architecture will work in your project.
  • Working Prototype – You will receive a simplified yet functional version of the solution that demonstrates the system’s key capabilities.
  • Detailed Analytical Report – We will prepare a document that summarizes the results of our work, identifies potential risks, and outlines the advantages and limitations of the proposed approach.
  • Recommendations and Next Steps – Based on the PoC results, we will propose further steps, indicating the optimal directions for development and implementation possibilities.
  • Expert Support – When you work with us, you’re essentially collaborating with an experienced team of engineers who share their expertise and work together to solve our clients’ challenges.
